This is called the Pluto & Goofy set.  It was made by Linemar, I believe in the 1940s and Pluto is about 6” long and Goofy is about 5” tall.  They are both tin windup and both windups are working.   When wound, both figures spin their tails, the heads move up and down and they vibrate like they are walking.  It comes with the original box.

The toy set is COMPLETE and ALL ORIGINAL.  The condition is fantastic.  Even the tin ears on both figures are there.  There are a few very minor nicks on the litho and even with that the overall condition near mint.  There is really no playwear.  There is NO touchup or rust.

It comes with the original box that is marked “Walt Disney Productions” and has been professionally shrink wrapped.  The condition of the box is excellent.
