This is an Ice Cream vendor.  It is a tin windup toy with a composition figure that was made in US Zone Germany in the1940s.  It is 4” tall, and the windup motor works.  The top of the cooler opens and his legs “pedal” as he moves forward.  It comes with the rare original box. 

The toy is COMPLETE and ALL ORIGINAL.  The condition is outstanding.  There are no marks on the litho that I can see (see pictures) and the overall condition is near mint.  There is no playwear.  There is NO touchup or rust.

It comes with the original box that is in excellent condition and has been professionally shrink wrapped to protect it.
