This is called a Marx Hi Way Express truck.  It was made I believe in the 1940s and is 16” long.   This version has the litho wheels.

The toy is COMPLETE and ALL ORIGINAL.  The condition is fantastic.  There are a few very minor paint nicks and even with that the overall condition is near mint.  There is no playwear.  There are NO dings or dents, there is NO touchup or rust.
